SHIPPING & DELIVERY – Mosambae
What is your Shipping Timeline?
All products are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your pincode.
Working days are Monday to Friday, so weekends are not included in the shipping timeline. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email/WhatsApp.
Important:
Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with, as Mosambae will not be responsible for such deliveries.
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
No, Mosambae currently does not offer Reverse Pickup service due to logistics partner issues. For the exchanges you have to courier the product to our warehouse once we receive the parcel will send the new one to your address.
Where are my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email on your registered contact details.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
