SHIPPING & DELIVERY – Mosambae
What is your Shipping Timeline?
All products are dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on your pincode.
Working days are Monday to Friday, so weekends are not included in the shipping timeline. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via your registered email/WhatsApp.
Important:
Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with, as Mosambae will not be responsible for such deliveries.
Do you offer reverse pickup for exchanges?
Yes, Mosambae offers reverse pickup for eligible exchange requests within India.
However, in some locations where reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.
Where are my tracking details?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email on your registered contact details.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.
