Return or Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 3-4 days of delivery.
Exchange Process

Exchange orders are placed once your return is picked up.

Due to limited stock, your selected item may be unavailable. In such cases, our team will contact you with alternative options.
Return & Exchange Charges
- In case of product exchange the customer has to pay INR 200 for the pickup of your previous product and delivering your new product. This price is only applicable on exchanges but not on defective or incomplete products delivered.
Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only as Store Credit.

Store Credit will be shared once the product is picked up from you.

Each order is eligible for only one return.

Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / MISSING PRODUCTS

Report within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Share images and details for verification.

Based on review, we may offer replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Note:

Minor misprints or colour variations are not considered defects.

Final decision rests with Mosambae.
Conditions:

Product must be unused, unworn, and with all tags intact.
STORE CREDIT

Issued within 24 - 48 hours hours after pickup.

Valid for 1 month .

Value equals the product’s sale price.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
REFUNDS

Refunds take 7–14 working days.
Important:

Money refunds are only applicable for wrong or damaged products.

In all other cases, refunds are issued as Store Credit only.
Process Timeline:

Return delivery to warehouse: 12–14 working days

Quality check: 1–2 working days

Internal processing: 2–3 working days

Bank processing: 2–3 working days
